Experience:
Over 30 years in policing, including more than 15 years as a Superintendent and Chief Superintendent leading territorial commands, Specialist Operations (firearms, public order, roads policing and marine capabilities) and Learning and Development. She was seconded to CT Policing nationally and to national firearms projects, and served as Head of Crime and Head of National CT Intelligence. Operationally she was a Specialist Strategic Firearms Commander, Public Order Commander, SIO (PIP 3 and 4), DVI Senior Identification Manager and Multi-Agency Gold Commander, holding DV clearance for her final 10 years of service. She is now an associate trainer for the College of Policing on the Multi-Agency Gold Incident Command course, and delivers crisis and incident management leadership to high-risk private sector organisations.

Christine Wilson is a retired Chief Superintendent with over 30 years of policing experience, specialising in all aspects of policing skills, having been a Superintendent and Chief Superintendent for over 15 years, leading across all aspects of operational policing delivery including territorial commands covering response, neighbourhood policing and investigations, Specialist Operations (firearms, public order, roads policing, marine capabilities etc), Learning and Development during which time she completed a review of capacity and capability, and having been seconded both to CT Policing nationally. Her career spans operational command, strategic leadership, counter terrorism coordination, and major incident management.
Christine was operationally competent as a Specialist Strategic Firearms Commander, Public Order Commander, Crime Advisor and SIO (PIP3&4), DVI Senior Identification Manager, and Muti-Agency Gold Commander. She was cleared to DV level for the last 10 years of her service to enable her work on serious crime, CT and specialist firearms deployments across the UK. She also coached and mentored for the Police Superintendents Association, and represented colleagues placed at risk from professional standards investigations.
Since leaving policing, Christine was engaged as an associate trainer by the College of Policing to deliver and facilitate the Multi-Agency Gold Incident Command course, delivering crisis leadership training for major incidents and disasters across the UK. She now works as an associate delivering strategic leadership in crisis and incident management to private industry, ensuring that high risk private sector companies are well prepared to respond and be resilient to major incidents and disasters.
