As an Independent Domestic Homicide Review Chair, former Rape Crisis charity CEO and academic researcher with a doctorate in criminal justice, she understands violence against women and girls from every angle — policy, practice, research and lived experience.
Davina's expertise spans safeguarding hub design, domestic homicide review, mandatory reporting readiness, sexual harassment prevention and cultural change initiatives. She brings deep knowledge of both policy frameworks and operational realities, making her advice practical and actionable rather than purely theoretical.
With extensive commissioning and procurement experience, Davina also supports Salterton's clients in designing and commissioning safeguarding services that are evidence-based and sustainable.
