Most recently, as Senior Regulatory Decision Maker within the Department of Professional Standards, she exercised delegated statutory authority in serious misconduct and criminal matters, making over 250 evidence-based determinations and building a 20-person specialist adviser network. She previously led a major MPS-wide safeguarding reform programme reviewing nearly 1,000 investigations involving domestic abuse, sexual offending and offences against children, and directed the operational design of a replacement command and control system migrating 12 million operational records. As Head of Public Protection Operations across two London boroughs, she led over 400 officers managing up to 1,500 live investigations. Earlier in her career she served as a Senior Investigating Officer on homicide, child death and serious sexual offending cases, and led a £16 million MOPAC-funded burglary reduction programme across all 32 London boroughs.
