About Sara

Sara is a retired Detective Constable with 30 years Police Experience, specialising in interviewing the most vulnerable as victims and suspects. She was a Family Liaison Officer for 26 years and worked with Major Crime in this role.  

After retirement Sara went into Crime training where she trainined new detectives in interviewing, Achieving Best Eevidence , Interview Suspect Training, Advanced Suspect Training and FLO. After retiring from the Crime training role Sara is now a consultant working in UK and British Overseas Territories. She has been deployed to Gibraltar and Montserrat on several occassions, as well as Nigeria. She also offers bespoke training for Trading Standards, Plymouth Social Services and the NHS.

Training Philosophy

Sara's approach is grounded in practical, experience-led delivery. She believes effective training must be rooted in genuine operational knowledge and not just theory alone. She has outstanding feedback from many of the forces that she works with.
